Autoplay is a great feature in the Windows OS, but, sometimes if you don't want to open the folder or play a song automatically. Here's the process to stop that.
Step-1: Open control Panel in the Start menu.
Step-2: Then search for Autoplay and click on it.
Step-3: Here, you will be posed with a number of options. Above all of them you will find "Use autoplay for all media and devices". 'Uncheck' it if you don't want to.
Step-4: Or else, if you want only specific media or devices to work as you would like to, then reach for the particular media or device and scroll down the list beside it and select the option.
Step-5:Click on 'Save'
