Samsung's attempt to ban iPhone 4S has failed

         Two leading companies in the tech. market, namely Samsung and Apple have got nearly 30 legal cases in 10 countries from April. The reason for this is simple, both want to be the top in the market. A French court has denied request from Samsung to ban iPhone 4S. Samsung

has also been trying to do the same in Australia, Japan and Italy. The fights between them can be referred as "tit for tat". First Apple sued Samsung by appealing that, it has copied the designs of iPhone and iPad. Then, Samsung took its turn and appealed that Apple was infringing on Samsung's telecommunication tech. and expanded it for iPhone 4S.
